Prevzatie telefónu Predajca (ale i servis) má na vybavenie reklamácie zákonom stanovenú lehotu 30 kalendárnych dní odo dňa podania reklamácie, pričom za prvý deň sa považuje deň nasledujúci po dni podania reklamácie. Mam problem s reklamaciou u mobilneho operatora T-mobile. Problem spociva v tom, ze mobilny telefon som si zakupil v bazare, so zarukou u spominaneho operatora. Po mojej reklamacii som dostal vyjadrenie, ze reklamacia bola uznana a mam narok na nove zariadenie alebo vratenie kupnej ceny. Aj v tomto prípade je to v poriadku a samotný doklad o kúpe vás plne chráni pri riešení reklamácie a slúži ako doklad na preukázanie toho, že zakúpený mobilný telefón je stále v záruke. Pre tieto prípady platí rovnaká záručná doba, ako keď sa telefón kupuje v kamennej predajni.
